About Me
I’m a Learning & Development Program Manager with a foundation in instructional design, emotional intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration. I specialize in soft-skills development and designing learning programs that align employee capability with business goals.
My approach combines strategic thinking with genuine care for the learner experience. Whether mentoring new hires or partnering with stakeholders, I focus on clarity, trust, and designing learning that supports real-world performance.
Professional Journey
My career began in psychology and child welfare leadership, where I supported families through complex, high-stakes transitions. That work shaped how I think about communication, empathy, and practical problem-solving, skills that continue to inform my approach to learning design.
I transitioned into instructional design to create scalable, human-centered learning for real-world challenges. Since then, I’ve worked in fast-paced corporate environments, contributed to enterprise-level initiatives, supported peer mentorship efforts, and built a reputation for thoughtful storytelling, strong partnerships, and measurable results.
Leadership Philosophy
People first, always.
I lead with emotional intelligence, empathy, and clarity. People do their best work when they feel supported, heard, and challenged with purpose.
Strategy with intention.
My approach blends human-centered leadership with strategic thinking. I connect individual growth to team performance and organizational goals because effective leadership is built on alignment, not authority.
Growth through trust.
Whether mentoring peers or leading programs, I create environments where questions are encouraged, feedback is intentional, and learning feels both safe and impactful.

Outside of Work
When I’m not designing learning experiences, you’ll usually find me designing something else, like planners to organize life’s chaos or travel itineraries for friends and family. I love coordinating memorable events, competing in fantasy football with strategic flair, and spending time with my family.
Lately, I’ve been learning how to care for my vegetable garden and play piano, both humbling reminders that growth takes patience, curiosity, and a willingness to start messy.
